beengewatcher is a digital content platform owned and operated by Anshuman Tomar, based in USA. We provide paid digital products including but not limited to:

- Digital guides
- Educational APK files
All products are delivered electronically.

3. Nature of Products
All products sold on beengewatcher are digital and intangible. No physical products are shipped. Once payment is successful, users receive access to downloadable or viewable digital content.
4. Payments
We use trusted third-party payment gateways including Cashfree, PayU, Razorpay, or similar providers. Payments may be processed via UPI, cards, net banking, or other supported methods.
We do not store your payment card details. All payment data is handled securely by the payment gateway as per their compliance standards.
5. Delivery of Digital Products
After successful payment:
- Download links may be provided instantly
- OR sent to the registered email address
- OR granted through account/dashboard access

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions below:
- Refunds are applicable only if the digital product is not delivered or is technically defective
- No refunds for change of mind, misuse, or inability to use the product
- APK or downloadable files once accessed may not be eligible unless faulty
To request a refund, email us at curatorrator@gmail.com with purchase details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, PDFs, eBooks, guides, logos, designs, and software files, are the intellectual property of beengewatch unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or reproduce our products without written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
