This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all digital products purchased on beengewatcher, including but not limited to:

  • Paid PDFs
  • eBooks
  • Digital guides
  • Educational resources
  • Educational APK utility files

All products are delivered digitally via download or email after secure online payment.

💳 Payment & Refund Processing

Payments for digital products are processed through trusted third-party payment gateways, such as Cashfree, PayU, or Razorpay. Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refunds typically take 3–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on the bank or payment provider’s policies.

📍 When Refunds Are Eligible

Because digital products are intangible, refunds are only considered in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment for the same product
  • Technical delivery issues preventing access to the purchased digital content
  • Product downloaded is corrupted or significantly different from the description

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.

🚫 When Refunds Are Not Provided
